San Rafael, Calif.–Pet bowls made from recycled plastic bottle caps, elegant garden planters made from recycled stretch wrap, cat scratching pads made from recycled corrugated cardboard: these are just a few examples of how WorldWise is setting the pace for the next generation of recycled consumer products.

And the amount of WorldWise Eco-Planters ordered by The Home Depot’s West Coast stores in the past six months contained the equivalent of more than 55 million square feet of recycled stretch wrap (One 50-ounce WorldWise pet bowl contains the equivalent of more than 125 bottle caps, while a single 18-inch Eco-Planter contains the equivalent of more than 4,000 square feet of recycled stretch wrap).

WorldWise’s innovations—which are sold at more than 5,000 retail stores nationwide—ultimately debunk common myths about recycled products. These myths suggest that recycled products are expensive, inferior and hard to find.
